DESCRIPTION
The TYN512 and TYN1012 Family of Silicon
Controlled Rectifiers uses a high performance
glass passivated technology.
This general purpose Family of Silicon Controlled
Rectifiers is designed for overvoltage protection in
crowbar circuits application.
