The TOSHIBA mini flat coupler TLP166J is a small outline coupler,
suitable for surface mount assembly.
The TLP166J consists of a photo triac, optically coupled to a gallium
arsenide infrared emitting diode.

Isolation voltage: 2500Vrms(min.)
