BASE METAL IS COLD ROLLED STEEL.
3. THE GROUND PLANE IS GROUND AND ATTACHES
TO A GROUND TRACK ON THE UPPER SIDE OF
THE BOARD AS WELL AS THE SHIELD BY PTH.
