REGULATOR WITH BUILT-IN HIGH-ACCURACY VOLTAGE DETECTOR AND RESET INPUT FUNCTION Rev.2.2_02 The S-1702 Series, developed based on CMOS technology, is a 150 mA output positive voltage regulator with a low dropout voltage, a high-accuracy output voltage, and low current consumption. The S-1702 Series includes a voltage regulator with high-accuracy output voltage of 1.0% allowing to use a ceramic capacitor of 1.0 F or more, and a voltage detector that monitors the output/input voltage of the regulator.
