AK5393 24-Bit, 96kHz Analog-to-Digital Converter Features Description • Proprietary dual-bit delta-sigma (∆Σ) architecture • Sampling rate from 1kHz to 108kHz • Full differential inputs • Dynamic range = 117dB • Signal-to-noise = 117dB • Signal-to-(Noise + Distortion) = 105dB • On-chip linear phase digital anti-alias filter - Passband from 0 to 21.768kHz at fs = 48kHz - Ripple = 0.001dB - Stopband attenuation = 110dB • Selectable digital HPF or offset calibration • Power supplies - Analog: 5V ± 5% - Digital: from 3V to 5.
