Description
The Am29PDL128G is a 128 Mbit, 3.0 volt-only Page Mode and Simultaneous Read/Write Flash memory device organized as 8 Mwords or 4 M double words (One word is equal to two bytes).
The device is offered in an 80-ball Fortified BGA package.
Features
