The Am29F400 is a 4 Mbit, 5.0 V-only Flash memory organized as 512K bytes of 8 bits each or 256K words of 16 bits each.
The Am29F400 is offered in 44-pin SO and 48-pin TSOP packages.
This device is designed to be programmed in-system with the standard system 5.0 V Vcc supply.
