A29L800C Overview
Description
The A29L800C is an 8Mbit, 3.0 volt-only Flash memory organized as 1,048,576 bytes of 8 bits or 524,288 words of 16 bits each. The 8 bits of data appear on I/O0 - I/O7; the 16 bits of data appear on I/O0~I/O15.
