PD070-HL1 Description
The PD070-HL1 is a high performance, low capacitance InGaAs photodiode with a photosensitive region 70μm in diameter. It has been specifically designed for low noise, high linearity analog optical receivers operating to 4GHz. Planar semiconductor design and dielectric passivation provide low noise performance.
