AK040FDIP16 high performance Voice OTP is fabricated with Standard C MOS process with embedded 1M bit EPROM. It can srore up 40sec voice message with 4bit data compression at 6KHz sampling rate.5bit and 8bit data compression are also available as user selectable option.Three trigger modes,simple Key trigger mode and Serial trigger mode and CPU Command mode facilitate different user interface。Interna
