APL3227 Product details

Description

The APL3227 overvoltage protection devices feature a low 50mΩ (max) RON internal FET and protect low-voltage systems against voltage faults up to +28VDC.

Features

Wide supply voltage range from 2.5V to 28V.
Low ON resistance: 50mΩ(Max) at a supply voltage of 5V.
Flexible overvoltage-protection trip level -Wide adjustable OVLO threshold range from 4V to 20V -Preset internal accurate OVLO threshold.
Low quiescent current 70µA.
Internal 8ms startup debounce.
Protection circuitry: -Surge Immunity to 120V -Overvoltage lockout.
Low Capacitance ESD Protection.
Available in WLCSP1.82x1.22-12.
