APL3227E - High-Current Overvoltage Protector

General Description

The APL3227E overvoltage protection devices feature a low 50mΩ (max) RON internal FET and protect low-voltage systems against voltage faults up to +28VDC.

An internal clamp also protects the devices from surge up to +120V.
