General Description

The APL5601/5602 family of low-power and low dropout linear regulators which operate from 2.9V to 6V input voltage and deliver up to 600mA output current.

Typical dropout voltage is only 220mV (typical) at 600mA output.

The APL5601/5602 regulators with low 140µA quiescent current are ideal for battery-powered system appliances.
