General Description

APW7303 is a 3A synchronous buck converter with integrated power MOSFETs.

The APW7303 design with a current-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 4.5V to 24V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.92V to 20V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.

The APW7303 is also equipped with Power-on-reset, softstart, and whole protections (over-temperature, and current-limit) into a single package.
