On-chip Hall Sensor The APX9151S is an integrated Hall Effect Sensor IC de- PWM Soft Switch signed for electric mutation of single-phase DC GMD(Green Motor Drive) brushless motor applications. The device is built-in lock High Sensitivity Hall Effect Sensor IC: When fan is locked, the device will enter the Built-in Lock Protection and Auto Restart Function lock protection mode.
