AN6033 is a high efficiency step-down DC/DC 2.7V to 5.5V Input Voltage Range converter operated with the current mode and the High Efficiency: Up to 95% constant frequency. The internal switch and 1.25MHz Constant Switching Frequency synchronous rectifier are integrated for high 3A Available Load Current efficiency.
