ATA6623C/ATA6625C LIN Bus Transceiver with Integrated Voltage.

Linear low-drop voltage regulator, 85mA current capability:.

Atmel ATA6625C: VCC = 5.0V ±2%.
Sleep mode: VCC is switched off.
