General Description
The VMMK-3603 is a small and easy-to-use, broadband, positive gain slope low noise amplifier operating in various frequency bands from 1 to 6 GHz with typical noise figure of 1.4 dB.

- Ultrathin (0.25 mm).
- Wide frequency range: 1 to 6 GHz.
- Low noise figure.
- Positive gain slope.
- Self-Biasing: 3 to 5 V Specifications (5 GHz, Vdd = 5 V, Zin = Zout = 50 Ω).
- Small signal gain: 17 dB typ.
- Noise Figure = 1.5 dB typ.
- Output 3rd Order Intercept Point = 25 dBm.
