ACPM-7821 Description
The ACPM-7821 is a CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) power amplifier module designed for handsets operating in the 898 925MHz bandwidth. The ACPM-7821 meets stringent CDMA linearity requirements up to 28 dBm output power. A low current (Vcont) pin is provided for high efficiency improvement of the low output power range.
