The APE8988 is a low RON load.
The APE8988 is a low RON load switch with controlled turn on. It contains one N-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 0.8V to 5.5V and support maximum continuous current up to 1.5A. The switch is controlled by an on/off input.
