UT54ACS08E General Description

The UT54ACS08E and UT54ACTS08E are quadruple two-input AND gates. The circuits perform the Boolean functions Y= AB or Y = A + B in positive logic. The devices are characterized over full HiRel temperature range of -55C to +125.
