RHD5958 - 14-Bit Analog to Digital Converter

Aeroflex’s RHD5958 is a radiation hardened, single supply, 8-Channel Multiplexed Analog-to-Digital converter in a 48-pin Ceramic Quad Flat Package.

The RHD5958 design uses specific circuit topology and layout methods to mitigate total ionizing dose effects and single event latchup.
