AL1G08 General Description

The AL1G08 is single 2-input positive-AND gate, designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The AL1G08 performs the Boolean function Y=A * B or Y=A * + B * in positive logic. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the out.
