DESCRIPTION The AL1G08 is single 2-input positive-AND gate, designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The AL1G08 performs the Boolean function Y=A - B or Y=A- + B- in positive logic. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down. The AL1G08 is available in Green SOT-25 and SC70-5 packages.
