* Low RDS(on) outputs
* Drives two DC motors or single stepper motor
* Low power standby (Sleep) mode with zero current drain
* Thermal shutdown protectio.
The outputs are rated for operation through a power supply range of 4 to 18 V, and capable of up to 1 A per phase.
