APS11700 Description
The APS11700 and APS11760 families of micropower Halleffect switches are AEC-Q100 qualified for 24 V automotive applications and pliant with ISO 26262 ASIL A (pending confirmation). These sensors are temperature-stable and suited for operation over extended junction temperature ranges up to 165°C. This family of Hall-effect switches.
