AOZ1363DI Overview
The AOZ1363DI is a high-side load switch intended for applications that require circuit protection. The device operates from voltages between 5V and 16V, and capable of supplying 6A of continuous current. The internal current limiting circuit protects the input supply voltage from large load current.
