The AO4490 uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON), low gate charge and operation with gate voltages as low as 4.5V, while retaining a 20V VGS(MAX) rating. This device is suitable for use as a load switch and general purpose applications. The value of R θJA is measured with the device mounted on 1in 2 FR-4 board with 2oz.
