AOZ1325DI Description
The AOZ1325DI is a P-channel high-side load switch with slew rates of 1ms. The AOZ1325DI provide an output discharge circuit to quickly discharge the output when the switch is disabled. The P-channel MOSFET has typical on resistance of 250mΩ at 1.8V.
