AOZ6643DI
Description
The AOZ6643DI is a current-mode step down regulator with integrated high-side NMOS switch and low-side NMOS switch that operates up to 18V. The device is capable of supplying 3A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.8V (±1.5%).
