AOZ8654BLT-05 Overview
The AOZ8654BLT-05 is a 4-channel transient voltage suppressor designed to protect data lines such as USB2.0 and SD/SIM card from damaging ESD events. This device incorporates 5 Unidirectional TVS diodes in a single package. During transient conditions, the bidirectional diodes direct the transient to either the positive side of the power supply line or to ground.
