The EP53A8LQA and EP53A8HQA are 1A PowerSoCs that are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. The device integrates MOSFET switches, control, pensation, and the Inductor in an advanced 3mm x 3mm QFN Package. Integrated inductor ensures the plete power solution is fully characterized with the inductor carefully matched to the silicon and pensation network.
