    QS1532 www.DataSheet4U.com 1. General Description . QS1532 is a high quality PCM synthesizer LSI for General MIDI Sound Modules comparable The to Roland's SC-xx series. Its playback capability is provided by an internal MIDI handler that supports the full GS spec. Equipped with the HWASS QPCM synthesizer, the QS1532 is capable of generating up to 48 polyphonics at various sample rates, and can also apply effects. Two kinds of special effects are supported to improve the liveness and reality of the sound, known as Reverb and Chorus in the General MIDI specification. The QS1532 contains a delay memory of 32k words to implement these features, along with a 32Mbit sound font for GS.
