General Description

The ADIS16500 is a precision, miniature microelectomechanical system (MEMS) inertial measurement unit (IMU) that includes a triaxial gyroscope and a triaxial accelerometer.

Each inertial sensor in the ADIS16500 combines with signal conditioning that optimizes dynamic performance.
