The L device requires only minimal external ponents to operate as E IC T a plete switching regulator. PR HN E The ADP1109-5 can deliver 100 m A at 5 V from a 3 V input, and ADP1109-12 can deliver 60 m A at 12 V from a 5 V input. C The device also features a logic controlled shutdown capability TE TA that when a logic low is applied it will shut the oscillator down.
