General Description

The ADRF5049 is a nonreflective SP4T switch manufactured in the silicon on insulator (SOI) process.

This device operates from 9 kHz to 45 GHz with an insertion loss of lower than 3.3 dB and isolation of higher than 35 dB.

The ADRF5049 has an RF input power handling capability of 30 dBm through path, 18 dBm terminated path, and 30 dBm hot switching at the RF common port.
