Description

The HMC-MDB172 is a monolithic I/Q Mixer which can be used as either an image reject mixer (IRM) or a single sideband upconverter.

This passive MMIC is fabricated with GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) Shottky diode technology.
