The AIC1790 is highly integrated Li-ion and Li-Pol linear charge devices targeted at space limited portable applications.
It offers integrated power MOSFET and current sensor, reverse blocking protection, high accuracy current and voltage regulation, charge status, and charge termination, in a small package.
The AIC1790 charges the battery in three phases, precharge, constant current and constant voltage.
