LD501
Description
The LD501 is an ultra-low noise, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that operates from 2.2V to 5.5V and provides output current up to 150mA (LD501L), 200mA (LD501M), or 250mA (LD501P). The low dropout voltage-70mV at 150mA load (LD501L), 94mV at 200mA load (LD501M), or 118mV at 250mA load (LD501P), improves efficiency and allows operation over a wide input voltage range.
