LD501 Description

The LD501 is an ultra-low noise, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that operates from 2.2V to 5.5V and provides output current up to 150mA (LD501L), 200mA (LD501M), or 250mA (LD501P). The low dropout voltage—70mV at 150mA load (LD501L), 94mV at 200m.
