General Description
Aplus Flash Technology’s AF24BC family provides 1K, 2K, 4K, 8K, and 16K of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM).
Key Features
- Internally organized as 128 x 8 (1K), 256 x 8 (2K), 512 x 8 (4K), 1024 x 8 (8K), 2048 x 8 (16K).
- Low-voltage and standard-voltage operation : 1.8 to 5.5 V.
- 2-wire serial interface bus.
- Data retention: 100 years.
- High endurance: 1,000,000 Write Cycles.
- 100 kHz (1.8V) & 400kHz (5V) compatibility.
- Self-timed write cycle (10ms max).
- Bi-directional data transfer protocol.
- Write protect pin for hardware data protection.
