Description
AK4584 is a high-performance 24-bit CODEC for 96kHz consumer audio and digital recording applications. The on-board analog-to-digital converter has an impressive dynamic range, thanks in part to AKM’s Enhanced Dual-Bit architecture.

- The AK4584 can automatically detect NON-PCM bit streams like AC-3, MPEG and DTS
- Either the ADC or the digital audio input can be routed directly to the digital audio output
