HCPL-4534 High Speed Optocouplers

These dual channel optocouplers contain a pair of light emitting diodes and integrated photo-detectors with electrical insulation between input and output. Separate connection for the photodiode bias and output transistor collectors increase the speed up to a hundred times that of a conventional p.

* 15 kV/µs minimum common mode transient immunity at VCM = 1500 V
