BP3516C Description
BP3516C is PSR isolated CCCV driver IC. The device operates in discontinued conduction mode and is suitable for 85Vac~265Vac universal input offline LED lighting. The BP3516C integrates a 650V power MOSFET with constant current & constant voltage control engine.
