P-Channel Trench Power MOSFET
General Description
The CS3407 uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON), low gate charge and operation with gate voltages as low as -4.5V. This device is suitable for use as a load switch or in PWM applications.

● VDS = -30V,ID =-4.3A RDS(ON) < 50mΩ @ VGS =-10V RDS(ON) < 100mΩ @ VGS =-4.5V
