LM7912J3 Description
The LM7912J3 series of three-terminal negative regulators are available in TO-252 the TO-252 package. These regulators can provide local on-card regulation, eliminating the distribution problems associated with single point regulation. Each employs internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and safe operating area protection, making it essentially indestructible.
