General Description

CS5181 is a fully calibrated high-speed ∆Σ analog-todigital converter, capable of 625 kSamples/second output word rate (OWR).

The OWR scales with the master clock.

It consists of a 5th order ∆Σ modulator, decimation filter, and serial interface.
