Available as non-RoHS (Sn/Pb plating), standard, and as RoHS by adding “-PBF” suffix.
Available in both axial leaded and radial packages (“R” prefix for radial packages)
Selections for 5.0 to 110 volts standoff voltage
Suppresses transients up to 5000 watts @ 10/10000µa and 34000 watts @ 8/20µs
