AP65211A Description
The AP65211A is a 500kHz switching frequency internal pensated synchronous DC-DC buck converter. It has integrated low RDS(ON) high and low side MOSFETs. The AP65211A enables continuous load current of up to 2A with efficiency as high as 97%.
