The AP9234L family is a single-chip protection solution specially designed for one-cell Li+ rechargeable battery pack applications.

It includes a one-cell, high-accuracy Li+ battery-protection controller and dual N-channel, ultralow RSS(ON) MOSFETs with common drain.

and can turn off the N-channel MOSFETs by detecting overcharge voltage/current, overdischarge voltage/current, or load short circuit. The AP9234L integrates highly accurate detection circuits and can compensate according to internal MOSFET RSS(ON) performance to ensure extremely high-charge/discharge current accuracy under the full operating temperature range. The AP9234L is available in the U-DFN2535-6 (Type B) package. P.
