The APX803L is brand new micro-power voltage detector series developed by Diodes Inc. with target to be used for microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits to monitor the power supplies in µP and digital systems. It provides wide range of detection voltage level ranging from 1.2V to 5.0V with 0.1V per.
