DGD05473 Description
The DGD05473 is a high-frequency gate driver capable of driving nchannel MOSFETs. The floating high-side driver is rated up to 50V. The DGD05473 logic inputs are patible with standard TTL and CMOS levels (down to 3.3V) to interface easily with MCUs.
